About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Platform Architect to lead the design, strategy, and evolution of our Consent Management Platform (CMP) and integration ecosystem. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, product vision, and stakeholder leadership. You will define the platform roadmap, guide cloud-native architecture, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Own the technical roadmap and translate business goals into scalable platform capabilities.
- Define success metrics around adoption, reliability, cost efficiency, and velocity.
- Identify opportunities for platform-led growth, reuse, and monetization.
- Architectural Leadership
- Define and evolve reference architectures, integration patterns, and platform standards.
- Guide teams on API-first, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure security, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency by design.
- Platform Integration
- Lead integration strategy across internal products and partner systems.
- Establish standards for APIs, data contracts, identity, and observability.
- Ensure seamless data flow, consistency, and governance across the ecosystem.
- FinOps & Scale Mindset
- Embed cost optimization principles into platform design.
- Architect for high-scale usage, multi-tenancy, and enterprise onboarding.
- Support GTM, presales, and customer success with technical product inputs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as the primary bridge between engineering, product, sales, operations, and leadership.
- Communicate platform strategy, trade-offs, and progress to senior stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and product team members on platform thinking.
- Agile Delivery
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness.
- Partner with QA, SRE, and DevOps to define quality and reliability benchmarks.
- Remove blockers and enable high-performing platform teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Platform Architect, Technical Product Owner, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Hands-on knowledge of API-first design, microservices, and event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with FinOps principles, cost optimization, and scalable platform design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring teams and influencing cross-functional outcomes.
