Roles & Responsibilities

You will wear the hat of a Meta Ads superstar, responsible for establishing and leading the entire gamut of Paid Media for Kofluence.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end for lead generation and conversions.
  • Build and manage ad accounts, campaign structures, ad sets, creatives, and budgets.
  • Own and track key performance metrics/ KPI, including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and ad frequency.
  • Define, test, and optimize audience cohorts, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, demographic targeting (age, gender, location, language), and retargeting strategies.
  • Establish performance benchmarks for influencer marketingled ads and scale campaigns to profitability.
  • Analyze performance data and share dynamic reports with actionable insights.
  • Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution frameworks (MMP, UTM) to ensure accurate event tracking.
  • Stay up to date with Meta and Google platform updates, policies, and best practices to continuously optimize KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with influencer marketing and content teams to align on creators, ad creatives, and video assets.

Required Skills

  • Education: Relevant degree/certificate in social media/digital marketing.
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns & Google Ads
  • Certification: Meta Blueprint Certification - Digital Marketing Associate, Media Buying Professional & Media Planning Professional
  • Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets and delivering strong ROI
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Ads Reporting
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and Meta Pixel/CAPI implementation
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting tools
  • Excellent understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and funnel optimization
  • The ability to build strong, long-standing relationships with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
