Key Responsibilities
1. Client Success Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Client Success Team to ensure superior client experience across all accounts.
- Drive client onboarding, engagement, delivery, and retention strategies.
- Establish client success KPIs and ensure consistent performance tracking and improvement.
- Serve as the escalation point for key client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
2. Digital Adoption & Engagement
- Drive endtoend adoption of the company's wellness digital platforms (mobile app, web dashboards, engagement tools).
- Ensure onboarding of corporate clients onto the wellness app, including activation campaigns and user education.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build digital engagement journeys for employees.
- Monitor app download metrics, active users, and engagement KPIs across client accounts.
- Identify digital adoption barriers and work with product/tech teams to improve user experience.
- Ensure clients receive insights from digital analytics dashboards to demonstrate program impact.
3- Corporate Wellness Program Delivery
- Oversee planning and execution of corporate wellness programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with product, medical, operations, and marketing teams to deliver impactful wellness initiatives.
- Ensure timely implementation, reporting, and performance measurement for all wellness initiatives and corporate engagements.
4. Client Engagement & Strategic Account Management
- Build strong relationships with HR leaders, CHROs, business heads, brokers.
- Understand client needs deeply and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive upsell and crosssell opportunities by identifying gaps and recommending suitable wellness offerings.
5. Market Mapping & Research
- Map opportunities in the corporate wellness, health insurance, government, and PSU sectors.
- Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.
- Support leadership in building strategies to enhance market penetration and client engagement.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and drive performance.
