Job / Activity / KRA

To guide & advise Project Civil and Structural team for safe and qualitative construction of project by adopting project management practices meeting all the project requirements without any cost overrun.

1. Safety -Drive and support team to build a strong Safety culture in the organization by adapting to new advancement in safety, with the objective to improve productivity and to provide a safe working environment to employees, contractors and associates.

2. Sustainability - Creating an environment friendly, socially responsible and sustainable organization with increased focus on renewable energy & greening of environment. Achieve balance between Profit and Environment.

3. Project Engineering/ Construction.- Guide and drive team for best-in-class project engineering and construction with an overall goal of meeting the project requirement.

4. Implementation of best practices & technology at site adapting to the new technological advancement in construction.

5. Scope Control, Cost Control, Quality Control - Guide and drive the team to ensure that the Scope and Cost are as per project plan. Guide team to prepare exhaustive ITP/QAPs and devise ways for effective monitoring of the same.

Job Brief

To guide and lead the civil and structural project team members for execution of expansion project at Mahan Aluminium from conceptualization till commissioning. To guide and support the site and engineering team in ensuring the latest & cost-effective engineering/design for Structural engineering & construction and implementing the best practices and methodology for completing the project as per project schedule with optimum utilization of cost with best industrial practice in terms of Quality, safety and sustainability. Drive team to inculcate safety behaviour in all activities with an aim to achieve zero harm throughout the project.

Job Specific Technical Skill Must Haves

1-Understanding of plant processes

2-Knowledge of construction methodology (Civil and Structure)

3-Project Management

4-Hands on experience in understanding and analysing design/modelling software

5-Construction Management

Bachelor of Technology in Civil
