Lead Civil billing, BOQ verification, RA bill certification, quantity reconciliation and contractor billing for large-scale residential/high-rise projects.
Manage rate analysis, variations, extra items, claims and final bill/commercial closure of civil packages.
Coordinate with Projects, Contracts, Procurement, Finance and PMC for billing, cost monitoring and timely certification.
