Position-Civil & Structural Engineer

Location-Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform civil and structural detailed design, basic engineering (FEED), and project engineering for RCC, steel structures and PEB including:
- Buildings, industrial sheds, pipe racks
- Machine foundations
- Open foundation & Pile Foundation
- Intake structures
- Offshore structure such Jetty, Liquid terminal etc. will be an additional advantage
- ETP/STP structures, Water retaining structure
- Roads, drains, trenches, and other associated civil works
- Ground improvement Works such as Soil replacement, Stone piling, PVD, Area grading etc.
- Prepare tender documents, including BOQs, technical specifications, and other contract documents.
- Lead and manage a team of 45 design engineers and Draftsman, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
- Coordinate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including vendors, stakeholders, and site teams.
- Ensure compliance with Indian and international codes (American, European, British, etc.).
- Well conversant with site specific studies such as Geotech, Topography, Hydrology, Bathymetry etc.
- Work efficiently with latest design and analysis software, such as:
- STAAD.Pro, STAAD Foundation
- MathCAD
- AutoCAD
- Knowledge of additional design software will be considered an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of structural engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and ensure technical accuracy.
