Something is broken about the way cities try to solve congestion.

They build infrastructure. They install gantries. They charge tolls. Commuters revolt. Politicians retreat. The project dies.

We built MTSAi to solve that not with a better toll system, but with a fundamentally different model. Incentives instead of penalties. Gamification instead of enforcement. Super App delivery instead of roadside hardware. Government policy control instead of private-sector capture.

We call it Incentive-Based Urban Demand Management IUDM. Our technical architecture is complete. Our India entity is operational. Our banking is in place. Our legal structure spans Canada, India, Hungary, and the USA.

I am looking for a Founding Technical Architect / Platform Implementation Lead Mumbai or Bangalore to help me do something that has never been done at scale in India: launch a government-grade urban mobility platform across multiple cities simultaneously, without each deployment becoming a custom project.

This is not a senior developer role.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands that the hardest part of building a platform for government procurement is not the code it is the discipline. Architectural integrity. Implementation governance. Vendor standards that hold. Quality gates that mean something.

The person I am looking for will:

Own the translation of our architecture into a real, running platform Govern our Tier 2 development partners with standards, not hope Build the repeatable deployment playbook that makes multi-city launch possible Serve as the technical peer to our key integration contacts: Adaptive Recognition (ANPR/LPR), Professor Vilmos Simon at BME (our patent-pending occupancy estimation algorithm), and Super App integration candidates including PhonePe, Namma Yatri, CRED, and Paytm Represent MTSAi's technical credibility in government briefings and procurement conversations

Our stack: React/Next.js, NestJS/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS Mumbai, Terraform. Multi-tenant from day one. Privacy-by-design. Built for MeitY and DPDPA compliance.

This is a founding role. The compensation reflects that.

Base: 40-65L depending on experience Equity: Founder-priced shares. Location: Mumbai or Bangalore preferred

I am not looking for the most credentialed candidate. I am looking for someone who has looked at a complex system, understood what it would actually take to build it right, and done exactly that under pressure, with external teams, in environments where the cost of getting it wrong was real.
