Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India's first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing and procuring MRO materials and services in line with business requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, including audits for high-value projects.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from PR to PO using SAP system.
- Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with vendors and logistics teams.
- Monitor vendor performance on quality, timelines, and contractual compliance.
- Handle shipment coordination, including import processes and documentation validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (requestors, finance, warehouse) for smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor onboarding documentation.
Qualification
BE/B.Tech Supply chain or any related degree
Experience
8+ years in with experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in an EMS Industry.
