Role Objective

To support the VWA team in managing and qualifying leads generated through marketing campaigns by conducting timely outbound calls, performing lead quality checks, and ensuring accurate data capture for follow-up and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to leads generated through VWA marketing campaigns across digital and partner channels
  • Perform quality checks (QC) on incoming leads to assess intent, relevance and completeness of information
  • Validate lead details including contact information, wedding timelines, purchase intent, and category interest
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assign lead quality status / priority
  • Maintain updated lead records and call notes in the tracker
  • Escalate high-intent or priority leads to the relevant internal teams in a timely manner
  • Ensure data hygiene, deduplication, and accurate categorisation of leads
  • Share daily and weekly lead quality and calling status reports

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage HNI / premium audiences professionally
  • Understanding of luxury designer brands, high-end jewellery brands, beauty and wellness brands and the premium wedding ecosystem
  • Ability to identify high-value consumer intent and differentiate between qualified and non-qualified leads
