Our client is a long-established Indian engineering and manufacturing company. The role is a pivotal leadership to build long-term transformation capability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's Accelerate Office as a permanent capability: Secure 30-40 Cr+ recurring annual EBITDA impact through refreshed cost discipline, revenue ideation, and structural improvements (e.g., proprietary COGS optimization, renewable energy integration)
- Build long-term transformation sustainability: Institutionalize processes, tools, and frameworks for ongoing value creation, including capability transfer, knowledge retention, and self-reliant governance
- Strengthen forensic governance: Enhance monthly SteerCo cadence, value tracking dashboards, and BU incentive linkages for sustained P&L realization and impartial challenge
- Align transformation to strategic roadmap: Ensure initiatives support 3-phase growth (Accelerate Core Build Muscle Expand Horizons), portfolio shifts
- Drive enterprise-wide cultural embedding: Champion innovation and continuous improvement programs (Six Sigma training, hackathons with academia, best-project contests) to foster ownership at all levels
Requirement:
- 5-7 years in consulting (Big Four) leading long-term enterprise transformations in industrial/auto/energy sectors
- Proven expertise in building internal transformation capabilities post-external consulting engagements.
- Go-getter with strategic foresight: Skilled in institutionalizing change, knowledge transfer, and creating self-sustaining offices; excels at cultural embedding and value capture
