6-8+ years of experience in Application Packaging and Software Deployment
Package applications using AdminStudio and InstallShield (MSI, MST, EXE conversions), MacOS packaging using JAMF (.dmg, .pkg), Composer/Batch/AutoPKG or any scripting (Must)
Develop and maintain deployment scripts using ADTK (Application Deployment Toolkit)
Perform application repackaging, upgrades, and transformations
Perform functional, QA testing of packaged apps, should have more exposure on Quality checks, managing packaging team and complete understanding of packaging process
Deploy applications using Microsoft SCCM, JAMF deployment and Intune
Analyze installation logs and resolve packaging/deployment issues
Use PowerShell / VBScript for automation and customization
Maintain packaging documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
ITIL knowledge such as ServiceNow or any other ticketing tool
Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), MacOS, Software lifecycle management
Knowledge of PatchMyPC or third-party patching tools
Understanding of security and vulnerability remediation
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and in team environments
