6-8yrs years of experience in managing business operations. Experience in managing the Talent Pool with defined SLAs and KRAs like sales forecast, Utilization, People Cost, Bulge, pool aging. Exposure towards Financial Operations wrt, Revenue reconciliation, revenue variance analysis etc Experience managing learning and development of technology for various domains (Healthcare, BFSi, Manufacturing etc) in line with business requirements. Experience in working with Talent Acquisition team to hire skilled talent in line with business requirement and SLA. Experience in creating required reports and dashboards to share with leadership and executives. Experience in analytics for providing indication and forecast on supply demand in the business. Experience in working with sales, delivery, practice, TA collaboratively to achieve the defined goals'
