Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations activities and provide guidance to managers on resolving employee issues
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and rewards & recognition frameworks
  • Conduct periodic employee surveys (ESS), open houses, and regular check-ins to stay connected with employee sentiments
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees to gather feedback and collaborate with the operations team and process heads to implement improvement strategies
  • Lead employee retention efforts by identifying root causes and implementing corrective action plans
  • Drive the performance management process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Proactively communicate new or revised HR policies and practices to employees across the business unit
  • Ensure 100% compliance with HR SLAs for the business unit
  • Take on additional HR assignments and projects as delegated by the management team
  • Be flexible to work extended shifts as required
  • Willingness to travel to other business locations such as Bangalore, Kolhapur, Shimoga, or any new locations based on organizational needs

Skills and Competencies:

Confident, High on persuasiveness, Strong written and verbal communication, Presentation skills, People engagement, Relationship building, Ability to work in diverse teams, Stakeholder management, Comfortable interacting with senior leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Full-time MBA with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR with a strong learning orientation
