Role Description
We are looking for a hands-on Change & Transformation Lead to drive change and adoption for a complex, large-scale AI transformation programme. This calls for someone who isn't just familiar with AI and new ways of working, but is genuinely energised by it. Someone who is passionate about how AI changes the way teams work, and using it to build change that actually sticks and sustains over time.
What We Are Looking For
- Passionate about AI-led change — Not just fluent in AI and new ways of working, but deeply invested in how they can be used to build and sustain lasting change.
- Hands-on adoption track record — Demonstrable experience driving adoption of AI / digital tooling inside large, distributed delivery organisations, with evidence you moved real usage and efficiency metrics. Embeds tooling and redesigned workflows into daily delivery and closes the gap between access and real, sustained usage.
- Drives complex Agile — Strong command of Agile delivery at scale; able to embed new ways of working into live, multi-team delivery environments.
- Operates with very senior stakeholders — Credible and composed in front of senior leadership; can lead the room, hold firm in difficult, evidence-led conversations, and represent the programme independently.
- Leads juniors too — Can direct, coach and get the best from more junior team members; sets the standard the team works to and builds the repeatable playbooks, cadences and tracking they will run.
- Evidences the value — Comfortable owning adoption, usage and efficiency metrics and tying them to the value framework so productivity gains are evidenced, not asserted.
- Enables, hands-on — Provides light, practical enablement: onboarding, job aids, office hours, prompt libraries and in-team coaching, not formal curriculum.
- Leads the change — Surfaces resistance early, navigates difficult conversations, reinforces new behaviours, and prevents reversion to old ways of working.
- Builds for scale — Creates repeatable assets and structures work so it can be delegated; thinks like a leader scaling a team, not only an individual contributor.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience in regulated, governance-heavy or otherwise high-scrutiny environments, specifically financial services.
- Prior experience operating across onshore / offshore delivery dynamics.
- Familiarity with modern AI-enabled delivery and SDLC ways of working.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring teams.
