About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Business Analytics leader to drive data-led decision-making and partner with senior stakeholders. This role will anchor revenue and EBITA, deliver high-impact insights, and lead key business projects.
The ideal candidate combines strong ownership, analytical rigor, and business acumen, with a focus on accurate reporting, scalable data processes, and building analytics capabilities across the organization.
What You Will Be Doing
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Own revenue & EBITDA; drive aggressive, data-led growth across the business.
- Lead 1–2 high-impact, org-critical projects every quarter from idea to execution.
- Be the single owner of revenue tracking and forecasting across teams.
Data Governance & Integrity
- Build a zero-error, high-speed reporting engine for real-time decision-making.
- Act as the ultimate source of truth; objective, unbiased, and business-first.
- Set up scalable data systems that can keep pace with rapid growth.
Core User Data & Strategy
- Dive deep into user data to spot trends and unlock growth opportunities.
- Run rapid experiments to improve retention and maximize LTV.
- Deliver sharp, actionable insights to leadership with speed and clarity.
Stakeholder Management
- Work directly with CXOs to solve high-stakes business problems.
- Cut through cross-functional complexity to drive fast execution.
- Turn data into clear, high-impact narratives that drive decisions.
Team Leadership & Productivity
- Build and lead a strong, high-ownership analytics team.
- Set a high-performance bar focused on outcomes, not just outputs .
What You Will Need
- Education: Engineering background from a top-tier institution preferred.
- Experience: 8–12 years in Business Analytics with a proven record of driving strategic business impact.
- Leadership Mindset: High ownership with a founder mindset; thrives in ambiguity and drives decisions at pace.
- Strategic & Analytical Depth: Ability to translate complex data into clear, high-impact narratives for executive decision-making.
