Finalize UAT scope for next release.
Lead STG readiness call with Engineering & SRE, Update tracking sheet for visibility and coordinating STG deployment drops
Update Jira with change details (nature, markets, volume, data blocks).
Enable all release tickets for UAT, Prepare UAT deck for stakeholders.
Review release notes with Data Governance & Product teams and facilitate UAT Kick-off Call.
Responsibilities
Follow up for business sign-off, UAT tickets, Go/No-Go tickets.
Create UAT tickets & update dashboard.
Present UAT status in Business Weekly Calls.
Conduct sync-ups with QA teams.
Represent UAT in daily scrums across application teams.
Manage UAT for multiple teams and releases.
Gather and prioritize eligible tickets.
Analyse impacted elements.
Refer to segment to product mapping.
Identify JSON paths & impacted blocks.
Run Postman tests & compare STG vs PROD.
Document differences & summarize in kick-off call.
Publish release notes & update SharePoint.
