Role Overview
As a
Lead Business Analyst, you will independently handle requirement analysis, stakeholder communication, and guide junior BAs. You will also ensure end-to-end clarity of business needs and support development, testing, and product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements
- Create BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, acceptance criteria
- Lead requirement workshops, discussions, and clarifications
- Prioritize and plan work with product owners & tech teams
- Prepare UI mockups and collaborate with design teams
- Coordinate with developers & testers to ensure requirement clarity
- Conduct Agile ceremonies (standups, refinement, sprint planning)
- Perform impact analysis and manage requirement changes
- Create test plans, test cases, and track defects (QA knowledge)
- Ensure end-to-end test coverage and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Guide and mentor junior BAs
