Hiring | Lead Business Analyst (Lead BA)

Location: Kochi / Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 7+ Years

Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days WFO

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and solutioning across project lifecycles.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Guide junior BAs and ensure quality of documentation and solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and solutioning skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Exposure to UI/UX and product development.
• Experience leading BA teams or handling product management responsibilities.

Good to Have

• Construction domain experience (preferred).
• Business process modelling knowledge.
• CBAP / CCBA certification.
• Willingness to work from Kochi or Trivandrum.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
