Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end business analysis for the Kiplot implementation, ensuring

alignment with strategic objectives.

Act as the SME for Kiplot, understanding its capabilities, configuration options, and

integration pathways.

Collaborate with group and market stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document

business and data requirements, ensuring fitment with Kiplot's functionality.

Partner with the vendor to configure and optimize Kiplot for reporting, benefit

tracking, and portfolio governance.

Drive data remediation and migration efforts to ensure clean, usable data within

Kiplot.

Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions to build market capability

and drive adoption.

Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support release validation activities.

Ensure requirements traceability and maintain documentation throughout the

project lifecycle.

Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to business

requirements and tool implementation.

Provide mentorship and guidance to market analysts and enablers, fostering a

community of practice around Kiplot usage.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

7+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or

strategic role.

Proven experience in enterprise tool implementation, ideally within Strategic

Portfolio Management or PPM platforms.

Hands-on experience with Kiplot or similar tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity, ServiceNow

SPM, etc.) is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of portfolio governance, benefit realization, and

reporting frameworks.

Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience working in cross-market or regional transformation programs is a

plus.
