This is a full-time remote position for the role of Lead Business Analyst. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and refine business processes, gather and document requirements, and develop strategies to support organizational goals. The role involves identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring business solutions align with strategic objectives. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams to drive successful project outcomes.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in evaluating data to inform decision-making
• Proven experience in Business Analysis, including developing strategies and assessing project feasibility
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Understanding and proficiency in Business Process mapping and optimization
• Capability to define, document, and manage Business Requirements for various projects
• Leadership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CBAP or PMI-PBA) are a plus
