Lead - Business Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to client onboarding, KYC, and client lifecycle management.
. Work on Salesforce-based applications supporting client data, onboarding workflows, and customer intelligence platforms.
. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
. Understand and document client context data models, including client hierarchies, relationships, and behavioral insights.
. Support the design of solutions for client onboarding journeys & client insights.
. Partner with technology teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
. Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and data mapping across upstream/downstream systems.
. Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validate deliveries, and ensure alignment with business expectations.
. Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology domains.
. Ensure proper documentation including requirement documents, process maps, and data lineage.
. Drive continuous improvement of processes and enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
. At least 9 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services or customer data platforms.
. Experience in client onboarding, KYC, Client insights
. Familiarity with client data management, customer 360 view
. Strong understanding of data flow, APIs, integrations, and system interactions.
. Ability to create process flows, user journeys, and requirement documentation.
. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
. Knowledge of financial domain (capital markets/wealth management)
. Experience in using Gen AI tools like Cursor/CoPilot/Claude
