Job Title: Lead Business Analyst
Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven
Lead Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience in business analysis, data strategy, and end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
designing and developing enterprise data warehouses (EDW), along with deep expertise in
risk management, data governance, and KPI frameworks. This role demands a proven ability to lead complex data-driven initiatives, drive compliance and performance transformation, and convert business needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Strategic Planning
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to gather, define, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business goals into well-defined BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and functional specifications.
- Align business needs with data architecture and warehouse design best practices.
Data Warehouse Development & Project Delivery
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of EDW solutions, including scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Manage full project lifecycleplanning, execution, testing, and deploymentensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with data architects and engineers to define data models, pipelines, and integration strategies.
Process Improvement & Performance Automation
- Identify opportunities for automating reports, KPIs, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct gap analysis, root cause identification, and impact assessments to support data-driven decision-making.
- Champion data quality, consistency, and scalability across reporting processes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Act as a key liaison between business teams, data engineers, and external partners.
- Conduct high-impact demos, knowledge-sharing sessions, and user training.
- Ensure analytics outputs are aligned with business strategy and user needs.
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis with hands-on involvement in EDW projects.
- Proven experience in data analytics, warehouse design, and data quality management.
- Proficiency with SQL Server, Power BI/Tableau, and Jira.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience in AI/ML-enabled analytics and data governance practices is a plus.
