Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Insurance domain to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Support UAT, requirement traceability, and project documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.

Education

• MBA / B.Tech – Mandatory from B. School.
