Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation within the life insurance sector.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technology teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders across multiple countries and markets.

- Document project progress, requirements, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain, specifically in life insurance.
