As a Business Analyst (8 yrs), you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Lead & support the collection & documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness. Develop quick-reference guides and training documentation for ServiceNow People Demand Management (in the CIM application) and ServiceNow HRSD and supporting applications. Prioritize monthly release items for Demand Review Board. Plan and execute testing strategies for platform upgrades. Support ServiceNow projects (as required). Review and Improve reporting for People work within ServiceNow platform.
