We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst for Back Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory backreporting of trades and positions across global jurisdictions.
This role involves supporting the firm's regulatory obligations by performing reconciliations, investigating reporting breaks, remediating historical reporting issues, and strengthening controls and processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely regulatory backreporting across regions
- Resolve reporting issues, including historical breaks and data inconsistencies
- Strengthen controls and processes, focusing on automation of manual activities
- Collaborate with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to manage regulatory change
- Support testing, documentation, and data analysis for reporting enhancements
Requirements
- 10-14 years of experience in Business Analysis
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Expertise in reconciliations and backreporting
- Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance
- Capability to work with Technology, Legal, and Compliance teams
