Own delivery tracking through estimates, plans, RAID logs, and strong dependency/stakeholder management; escalate risks early (24–48 hrs.) with options/recovery plan.
Produce and maintain required governance artifacts (templates, evidence packs, operational docs, status updates/committee support materials as needed).
Required Qualifications
6–8 years total professional experience.
Prior experience in banking/financial services environment.

Strong execution skills: ability to manage deliverables, dependencies, and stakeholders; communicate status clearly and escalate risks early.
Preferred Qualifications
5–8 years direct experience operationalizing Data Governance frameworks end-to-end in a regulated banking context.
Hands-on experience across all three: Data Quality + Data Dictionary + Data Lineage.
Experience building advanced Data Quality rules (cross-field/table checks, reconciliation/balancing checks, thresholds, exception workflows).
Experience with IDMC Data Quality (preferred) or similar enterprise DQ tooling (Informatica, Collibra DQ, Ataccama, Talend, etc.).
Good to have experience supporting multi-product banking domains such as Cards, Mortgage, Deposits, or Pledge (functional/strategy execution exposure).
Strong delivery management (EPM): estimation, planning, RAID management, and strong track record of on-time delivery.
Experience with governance tooling enablement / metadata platforms (catalog, glossary workflow, lineage tooling) and driving adoption.
