Perform RCA and implement CAPA to solve main billet cast house issues

1. Elimination of cast quality issues

Implement effective corrective actions

1. Elimination of customer rejections due to poor casting quality

Perform RCA and implement CAPA to solve main billet cast house issues

1. Best Practices - Horizontal Replication

Ensure horizontal information exchange between pant and cast houses

1. Reduction in repetitive cast quality issues
