Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential candidates for our company's bench. You will work with our sales team and HR to manage bench sales, negotiate rates, and develop new business relationships with clients. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or in a similar sales/recruiting role

5+ years of experience as a Lead

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

Ability to source, screen, and recruit potential candidates efficiently and effectively

Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting software

Familiarity with US Staffing industry and knowledge of tax terms and visa statuses

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Strong work ethic, professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
