About the Role (The Hook)
We are looking for a Market-Ready Bench Sales Specialist who doesn't need a ramp-up period. You are not just a recruiter; you are a networker with an established book of business. We have a solid bench of consultants ready to be placed. We need your relationships with Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners to get them into interviews immediately.
If you have to Google what is a Prime Vendor, this role is not for you. If you have 50+ Direct Client/Prime Vendor recruiters on speed dial, we want to talk.
Key Responsibilities
* Leverage Existing Network: Immediately tap into your personal database of Tier-1 vendors and Prime partners to market our consultants.
* Direct Marketing: Focus on Laser-focused submissions to known contacts rather than Spray and Pray portal blasting.
* End-to-End Sales: Own the cycle from Resume Submission -> Interview Coordination -> Rate Negotiation -> Closure.
* Relationship Management: Revive dormant vendor relationships and open new MSA (Master Service Agreement) channels for our company.
* Market Intelligence: Advise our bench on resume keywords and market trends that are actually converting to interviews right now.
What You Bring (The Must-Haves)
* The Rolodex: You must bring an active, verified list of recruiter contacts at top Prime Vendors (e.g., TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, HCL, Tech Mahindra, etc.).
* Experience: Minimum 35 years in US IT Bench Sales (specifically marketing H1B/OPT/USC candidates).
* Tech Savvy: You know the difference between Java Developer and Java Full Stack with React and can defend your consultant's technical skills during vendor screening.
* Communication: Zero-latency communication. You are confident enough to pick up the phone and close a rate negotiation in 2 minutes.
