Job Description

Core Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Territory Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Delhi territory to effectively identify and evaluate strategic sites.
  • Property Scouting: Lead the scouting and acquisition of new land and commercial properties in Delhi tailored to specific area requirements.
  • Market Awareness: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of average rental rates and land values for commercial leasing across various specifications.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Oversee the end-to-end legal documentation process for lease agreements, ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  • Mobility: Must possess a personal two-wheeler for extensive field-based acquisition activities.

  • Strategic Negotiation: Highly skilled in commercial negotiations to secure favorable lease terms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage and leverage local broker networks for property leads.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for data management and reporting.
