Requirements

Support to Discipline Lead for the Bidding purpose Tendering and Proposal Responsible for Timely and Quality Bid Submission to our Client Coordination with client and Consortium/JV Partners for Bids/Opportunities Government Projects Tendering - Review/Study the Live Prospects/Opportunity and delegate to the team for their working Preparation of Bid Calendar/timelines and ensure completion of tasks by the team Review of the Pre-bid Queries and Submission to the client

Years of Experience : 10 to 12 years

Education requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering/technology (Preferable Civil) - Mandatory

Specialisation/Courses in Business Development/ Marketing - Preferable

Skill Sets Functional Should have worked with Engineering Consultancy Firm

Should have full understanding of Tendering and Proposal requirements for Indian Government and Infrastructure Sector Business.

Should be able to lead the team. Should have necessary experience in client facing roles

Must have good command in creating Business Cases, Capability Presentation (Power Point) .
