Lead Back- end Developer

Blueberry Digital Labs is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Back-end Developer to guide our engineering team. This is a pivotal role for a professional with a strong background in back-end development who is also a proven leader. You will be responsible for the entire web application development life cycle, from hands-on coding to project management and delivery, all while fostering a collaborative environment within an Agile/Scrum framework.

What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment, driving consensus and ensuring project plans and delivery commitments are met.
• Take full responsibility for the overall web application development life cycle, from design to deployment.
• Develop large-sized web applications using PHP and the Symfony framework.
• Utilize MySQL for database management and contribute to the front-end with jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Manage and execute projects against established plans and delivery commitments, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience in web application development in PHP.
• Extensive experience working with the PHP Symfony framework.
• Strong skills in MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
