We are looking for a strong and competent Technical Lead – Azure Data Engineer with Power BI expertise for our client engagement with IBM supporting the end client Shell in Bangalore.

Location: Bangalore

Client: IBM

End Client: Shell

Experience: 8–12 Years

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Azure Data Engineering projects and technical teams.
• Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Work extensively with Azure data services such as:
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Data Lake
• Azure SQL
• Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
• Ensure best practices in data architecture, governance, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to team members.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Azure Data Engineering technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI development and reporting.
• Good leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in enterprise-level projects.
