Lead Azure Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Lead the development of data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to ensure data availability and quality.
• Optimize data storage and processing performance using Azure services.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior data engineers in best practices and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Services (Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, Azure Databricks, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
