Lead AWS Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead AWS Developer to architect and drive scalable

cloud-native platforms and modern data ecosystems with strong expertise in AWS, Python/Node.js,

and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable and secure AWS-based systems.

• Design and optimize Snowflake data warehouse architecture.

• Lead ETL/ELT and data transformation frameworks.

• Establish engineering and Vibe Coding standards.

• Drive AI-assisted development practices.

• Mentor developers and data engineers.

• Oversee CI/CD and infrastructure automation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–12+ years of professional software development experience.

• 4+ years of AWS architecture experience.

• Strong expertise in Python or Node.js.

• Proven experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.

• Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.

• Leadership and mentoring experience.

• Experience with DevOps and cloud security best practices
