Role Overview

The Lead Automotive Interior Designer will own the complete interior design vision for Aerpace's mobility platforms from concept to production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of interior design concepts for EVs, air-mobility vehicles, and future-tech prototypes.

Develop interior architectures, seating configurations, and cockpit ergonomics.

Produce high-quality sketches, renders, and 3D models.

Collaborate with UI/UX, CMF, surfacing, and engineering teams.

Define ergonomic standards and cabin comfort.

Mentor junior designers and lead cross-functional discussions.

Ensure manufacturability and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Automotive/Transportation/Industrial Design.

10+ years of experience in automotive interior design.

Strong portfolio with innovative interior projects.

Expertise in Sketching, Photoshop, Blender, Alias, VRED, CATIA, etc

Understanding of EV packaging, ergonomics, UI/UX integration, and CMF.

Leadership and communication skills
