- Java or C# programming with clean code and OOP: benchmark 4/5; must have.
- Automation framework creation/maintenance (modular, data driven, BDD): benchmark 4/5; must have.
- Azure DevOps/ALM, pipelines, test management: benchmark 4/5; must have.
- Agile and CI/CD practices, branching, and releases: benchmark 4/5; must have.
- API test automation with REST/JSON, Postman/Rest Assured, contract testing: benchmark 4/5; must have.
- DB testing, SQL scripting, validation of data integrity: benchmark 4/5; must have.
- Defect tracking, reporting, and RCA using industry tools: benchmark 3/5; good to have.
