Lead Auditor-ICT

Role Responsibilities

1. Lead 3rd-party audits under ISO/IEC and IT standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 20000-1)
2. Support closure of client corrective actions with timely, accurate evaluations
3. Provide conformity reports and ensure compliance with accreditation norms
4. Collaborate with sales and manage key accounts on technical aspects

Key Deliverables

1. Conduct audits and trainings on ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 22301, and IT frameworks
2. Maintain audit schedules and credentials per evolving compliance needs
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through precise system implementation reviews
4. Promote digital tool adoption and ongoing certification enhancement
