About the Team
The ePharma Growth team drives customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing channels. The team works at the intersection of marketing, data, product, and technology to build scalable acquisition strategies. With a strong focus on analytics and experimentation, the team ensures efficient spend utilization and continuous performance optimization across channels.
What you will do:
Execute and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and affiliate networks under the guidance of the Associate Manager
Ensure accurate campaign setup including budgets, targeting, creatives, UTMs, and tracking before and after campaign launch
Monitor campaign performance regularly and proactively flag anomalies or deviations for timely optimization
Support execution of A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience segments to improve campaign performance
Own daily, weekly, and monthly reporting across key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, spends, and installs
Maintain and update dashboards using tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
Pull, consolidate, and analyze data from platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Firebase, and MMP tools like AppsFlyer or Singular
Prepare structured and presentation-ready performance reports for internal stakeholders
Coordinate with the Finance team for invoice processing, PO creation, and vendor payments for media and affiliate partners
Track budget utilization across channels and maintain spend trackers to ensure alignment with planned budgets
Identify and escalate budget discrepancies or pacing issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Tech, Product, and Category to ensure timely campaign execution
Follow up on dependencies and ensure smooth execution of campaign timelines
Support campaign planning by assisting in preparation of briefs, decks, and documentation
What we are looking for:
13 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in D2C, e-commerce, or healthtech
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign setup and monitoring
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with comfort in handling and analyzing large datasets
Familiarity with analytics and MMP tools such as GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer, or Singular is a plus
High attention to detail with strong execution capabilities and ownership mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
