Program Lead - RGM & Marketing Analytics - Strategic Insights
As a program lead, you will work towards solving and delivering solutions for complex business problems, and demonstrate significant business value to a set of Tiger clientele. In doing so, you will closely collaborate with program leads, technology architects and data scientists across global locations. You will guide the project teams to deliver impactful solutions, drive adoption, and articulate value. On a typical work day, you could be doing one or more of the following:
  • Collaborate with RGM stakeholders to grasp market dynamics and their specific interests or concerns. Convert curated reports and derived insights into clear, actionable business strategies.
  • Create and oversee a multi-level diagnostic engine providing accurate insights across various granularities of data. Being able to utilize the insights to defend or help improve the engine as required.
  • Lead the program's Root Cause Analysis utilizing various approaches that can include A/B Tests, Curation and testing of Hypotheses, utilizing DiD Methodology etc.
  • Have a wide understanding of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and data processing pipelines.
  • Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders using visualizations and powerpoints
  • Support project planning, scoping, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support the implementation of scalable data solutions.
  • Lead workshops or training sessions to improve data literacy among client teams.
Required Skills, Competencies & Experience:
  • Education: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, or an MBA with a specialization in quantitative studies preferred
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Revenue Management, Strategic Consulting with at least 3 years in the retail, Fast Food or QSR industry in a client facing configuration
  • Technical proficiency: Strong understanding of Experimental design (A/B/n testing), statistical inference & analytical methods such as RFM and clustering algorithms is required. Additionally, familiarity with data management tools like SQL, Python, PySpark and data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
