Lead Associate - Patent Drafting & Prosecution

We are looking for Patent Professionals with prior experience in patent drafting and a solid grasp of US patent procedures. Individuals who enjoy translating complex innovations into well-structured, high-quality patent applications. If you have hands-on experience in drafting US patent applications and preparing Office Action responses, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Draft US patent applications based on invention disclosures and technical inputs.

Prepare responses to Office Actions.

What We're Looking For

• 25 years of experience in the Intellectual Property (IPR) domain.
• Proven experience in drafting 2025 US patent applications.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECE or CSE (mandatory).
• Strong technical understanding of AI, Cloud, Software, Electronics, and related technologies.
• Willingness to work from office we value collaboration and learning together.
