Roles And Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify new opportunities.
  • On-board sellers and close terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements for the organization.
  • Oversee the processing of mp orders and monitor month wise inward schedules to prevent delays.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align buying activities with overall business goals.
  • Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews to maintain high standards of service.
  • Implement best practices in vendor management Stay informed about industry developments and trends to enhance and implement learnings for the business

Focus and prioritise monthly and yearly targets planning and task prioritization.

  • Actively handle seller onboarding and new seller additions to support future business scaling and growth.
  • Plan active seller connect, constantly push for new seller additions, develop a future-ready growth plan, and manage brand risks.
  • Ensure thorough review of repeat and best-seller management TSRs, as well as zero TD activities.
  • Lowering down and reacting to the market move on priority.
  • This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of market trends and reacting to it quickly.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in vendor management, negotiation, and seller management.
