Seller Development: Category specific seller onboarding

Strategic Category Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle and performance within the assigned category.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead alignment with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to integrate merchandising strategies with broader business goals.

Pricing & Promotion Optimization: Execute and refine pricing and promotional strategies, using market insights and platform tools to boost sales and profitability.

Data-Driven Inventory Management: Continuously analyze sales and inventory data to manage stock levels proactively, ensure product availability, and identify assortment opportunities.

Maximize Category Performance: Drive overall category success, focusing on profitability and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Predictive Analytics for Category Gaps: Using data to identify gaps in product assortment or seller types within a category and proactively recruiting sellers to fill those voids.
