Job Description

  • Preferred minimum 2 years experience in leadership role in BPO operations; Insurance experience is must with Underwriting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook 365
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadline oriented
  • Logical problem-solving skills, eye for detail, customer service focus
  • Proficient comprehension skills understanding and proactive query resolution from all important stakeholders
    • Team management, coaching and feedback ability
    • Effectively manage queue and balancing work loads
    • Understanding of underwriting concepts, Policy administration systems and business rules
    • Experience in managing UW processes
    • Excellent communication & comprehension skills
    • Listening and comprehension
    • Proficient in excel, word, Adobe
    • Strong people management and leadership skills
    • Good networking capability and client facing skills
    • Communicates effectively with other units and management to plan work, gather information, and present results
    • Ability to make sound judgments based on available information.
