Must have worked on SL to GL reconciliation
Should know the flux analysis and variance explanation commentary
Should have SAP knowledge
Excellent excel knowledge
Good communication skills
A skill set that would be valuable, not required, would be knowledge of Guidewire Billing and Policy centers.
