Candidate must have business level written and spoken skills in English
End to end knowledge of P2P function and an ability to keep informed of trends
Overall understanding of processes, continuous improvement work and an ability and interest in identifying and championing new ideas for possible adoption & transformation experience is added advantage
Manage all SLAs & KPIs and ensure efficient service delivery
Develop action plans to ensure that improvement development plans are achieved
Experience in interaction with Vendors / Requestors as necessary
Maintain day to day operations & performance, administration and communication to Client and leadership
Reporting on the defined process metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Ensure Internal Control compliance and External Audit requirements are always met
Working and managing teams in a matrix organization
Ability to build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity
