Job Description
- Preparing weekly / monthly reports or dashboards
- Should have working knowledge on SAP
- Experience on Invoice Processing, Payment processing,T&E & VMD
- Knowledge on MS office and reporting
- Month-end responsibilities include ensuring that all invoices are processed by month-end
- Recognize and escalate urgent/sensitive issues to Manager
- Team Handling/ Monitoring team members to ensure SLA target are achieved
- Handling and client and escalations
- Ensuring all quality parameters are met by the team while completing the AP process
