Now, we're looking for a passionate and experienced (Senior) Social Compliance Auditor to join our team in India.
What You'll Do
- Conduct social compliance, factory security, and special audits across client sites
- Deliver comprehensive, accurate audit reports with supporting documentation
- Ensure alignment with ILO conventions, LRQA procedures, and local labor laws
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive audit quality and efficiency
- Uphold LRQA's Code of Ethics, reporting any integrity concerns proactively
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor regulations, and compliance frameworks
Who You Are
- A degree holder in Law, HR, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environment
- 34 years of experience in social compliance & CTPAT auditing (with 200+ audit days preferred)
- APSCA Certified Social Compliance Auditor (CSCA) highly preferred
- Familiar with SA8000, RBA, BSCI, Higg Index or similar standards
- Strong command of English, with excellent reporting and communication skills
- Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
- High integrity, culturally sensitive, and comfortable with field audits
- Willing to travel frequently across India and occasionally overseas
