Job Description

Lead Assembly injection (Assembly supervisor), Responsible for injection molding machine assembly, updating and maintaining assembly records, adhere 5s and Safety, improving layouts, Process Audits, Work to improve Jigs and Fixtures, and work for productivity improvement.

Work You ll Do:

  • ResponsibleforWorkAssignmentstoAssemblers
  • UpdateDailyAssemblyProductionPlan
  • Ensure that Cell assemblers adhere to Quality Operating Procedures, Work Instruction & Workmanship Guidelines.
  • Co-ordinateforavailabilityofpartsforassembly
  • Identifyandresolveassemblyproblems,co-ordinateforcorrectiveactions.
  • Cell layouts & proper HouseKeeping.
  • Issue of the parts and updating in E1System.
  • Maintaining the records pertaining to assembly of theunit
  • Requisitionformaintenanceofequipment s,Tools,Fixtures& Instruments
  • Generate new requirement for Tools, Fixtures &Instruments
  • Co-ordinate with Industrial Engineering for development & repair ofFixtures
  • Requisitionforcalibrationof instruments
  • ConsumablePurchaserequisition
  • Log Daily Labor Hours and monitor productivity &efficiency
  • Ensuringcompliancetooperationalcontrolprocedurerequirements.
